"Absolutely worth the wait in line! Ordered all 3 Tacos with Mac and cheese and potato salad as my sides. Friends had the 3-meat choice with sides of beans, green beans, potato salad and cucumbers & tomato. Absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend The Pit Room. In town for work, and received a recommendation to try this place out. When we arrived, the line was to the street and hooked around to the sidewalk. The menu is great because it's concise, limited, fresh, and everything we had was so good. Seating is plentiful outside. They do serve bottled beers and a huge assortment of drinks. Go visit for yourself and enjoy some really good BBQ!"

"In Houston for the weekend visiting and my niece took me to this place. I must say the food is pretty good for the price! I personally ordered the 2 meat plate with ribs, brisket, corn, and mac. Ribs and brisket were good! Mac was surprisingly good although the cheese was runny. I didn’t care too much for the corn although it was eatable. Would prefer the bread toasted. The establishment has indoor and limited outdoor seating. Niece and mom ordered beef tacos and rated them an 8."

"First time my husband and I went. Nice BBQ atmosphere with additional seating outside if needed. We had brisket tacos, chicken, brisket, and pork rib. The BBQ sauce is some of the best. The brisket is some of the best we’ve had - and we eat BBQ a lot. The reason for the 4-star review: the pork rib was my only disappointment-for a three meat plate that was disappointing because it had very little meat - it was mostly bone. The green beans and elote were amazing - especially the green beans. They were still crisp, but cooked - fantastic flavor! We’ll definitely go back."

"Without a doubt, the fame of Texas BBQ is invaluable. This place serves the best smoked meat of all the places I've been. The place is nice but because it's full of people, it gets a little busy, but that's precisely because it's out of the ordinary. If you're from abroad and looking for a place to eat a good BBQ, this is the place. Remembering that prices are per quantity of food and will depend on your hunger, but looking at other nearby meat restaurants, this one is extremely within budget. In other words, it is a place for all visitors."
