"I drove all the way from humble TX. Owner was very rude. Food was horrible I got the egusi with beef but when I opened it it was chicken I didn't even want to waste my time going back to complain because I know I was going to be a problem because she was not friendly at and it smelled spoiled smh never again."
"I use Doordash to order from here (Zukky’s African Cusine). So far I’ve have had the Egusi soup, Ogbono soup, and Jollof rice several times and each time they tasted great! The food is not overly spicy and it’s packaged nicely to prevent excess spillage during the commute. I would highly recommend this place if you’re interested in tasting something authentic."
"I ordered the pounded yam with white soup. It was fire! I believe this is almost like a hole in the wall that a lot of people don’t talk about but it really needs to be talked about. The food was so good I actually went twice in one day LOL."
"I visited here with my wife and another couple. We were told about the Fisherman's soup. I regret to say that the soup was not worth the hype and price. Also there is a long waiting period from when your orders are taken and when you get your food. We also had our orders messed up and we didn't get some of the items we ordered. My wife is definitely not coming back here again. They have excellent oha soup though."
"My first visit there was fantastic, about six months ago. Couldn’t wait to go back there. My second visit was not so nice. The food was horrible and I wondered why. I was so disappointed. I chose to try again two weeks ago to satisfy my curiosity. Alas! I was served old over cooked okra soup with very salty stock fish that almost ruined my taste buds, old over microwaved Eba... plus I waited for over an hour. That visit ruined my whole day but I kept my cool. Expressed my dissatisfaction and got apologies that seemed genuine but left hungry. NEVER going back there. I suspect ownership/management has changed."
