"The sonic workers are angelic. I pressed the wrong sonic location and they held my food for an hour and were so kind about it. I also accidentally pressed the wrong stall in the mobile app and they happily fixed it. Great service"
"I had to say that this was probably one of my best experiences with any sonic locations. The girls were absolutely sweet and showed the best customer service I have ever experienced. I literally was just coming for a blackberry lemonade, and when I drink didn’t have enough blackberry flavoring, Cesar old when I get the extra thing and brought me some more and showed miles and we’re just amazing people."
"Lately, been getting half filled fries or tots. I had to ask for it to be filled up. The carhop lady was so rude and I literally waited for 20 minutes in my car to get my food. The fries are chewy and cold almost all the time. I’m always getting stomach issues every time I eat from this sonic. Will be taking my money somewhere else."
"They know filling it like this isn’t right and they’re cold. I mean come on. If this was your food how would you feel? Went back tonight for a drink and ice cream. We waited 30 minutes before asking were it was and they said “it took so long because the fryer broke and we were trying to fix it.” I get that but we didn’t order anything that required the frier. My suggestion for this one is to not get anything but drinks and test them before you drive off."
