Taco Bell

"I was let out of lunch late and with my profession we aren’t given any additional time either so I knew I had to grab something fast, that’s when I decided on Taco Bell. Upon arriving the restaurant seemed clean and orderly, I conveniently used the order kiosk to set my order paid and waited patiently for my order. Great customer service experience! The person who bagged my order with a black shirt at the time (1:10 PM 1/25/23) was extremely helpful and kind! I had a question regarding the drinks and they gladly assisted me. Not only that they took the time to notice I had two drinks and that I had ordered takeout. without hesitation they offered me a drink carrier and kindly guided me to where the napkins and sauces were as well. I know this is the bare minimum but customer service is so often overlooked in many fast food chains. Anyways, the food was delicious and filling. I had ordered the locos tacos supreme and nacho bell grande. They were both up to par to what I had expected in serving and taste. I will most definitely order from this location again next time I need a quick lunch!"

"My experience was okay. But when it came to using the restroom in which is open by roomote. I had to ask 5 times for them to open the restroom door. Maybe their was a bad signal or the remote wasn't working well. But I honestly think it's the most foolish idea that the works have to operate the restroom doors with a remote control and the customer has to request them to press the button. It's a pointless hassle for both the customers and employees."

"Best Taco Bell I have been to, and I've been to a lot of them. Typically, there is pretty much no line in the drive thru at lunch time, likely because they are highly efficient. I come in here weekly and every time they have my order out within seconds, hand my card to them as I get my drink, put my straw in my drink and turn around to them handing me my card and my food. Absolutely incredible experience every time I've been. Keep up the great work at this location!"

"Hard-working nice employees. But they have been skimping on the ground beef like crazy lately. Here is 28 photos I took of a crunchwrap supreme that have literally two bites with beef in them. This isn't the first time this has happened so I decided to take a picture after every bite LOL. This is definitely worse than it's ever been. I don't know if the owner is making them do this or what but it is going to make me not want to eat lunch here anymore!"
