Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

"Food cold bread not toast drink was flat and I had to wait forever I go back today 1/28/42 my Hi-c fruit punch Tasted like carbonated water. The chicken tenders were cold in the middle."

"I appreciate the modo behind this franchise but you have gotten away from the core principles. Portions! When you pay 21.00+ for two box combos you expect to get full. Their portions are for a 9 year old kid. Little bitty chicken tenders and small fries portions. Oh wait.. Did you think we didn't notice that you made your special sauce containers smaller?. Only enough to eat two maybe three tenders so we are forced to buy an extra sauce on a box combo for an extra charge. Only telling the truth and please change the way you do your portions because you are losing customers rapidly."

"I came to this location & ordered the 3 finger combo through the drive through. The service was good but when I got back to my office & got ready to eat, I opened the box & saw the saddest looking chicken fingers ever! It didn’t even look like 3, it looked like there was just two chicken fingers until I moved them & realized that it was 3 of them ; just very small & barely any chicken just breading. Really disappointed. They were really crispy to the point that there was hardly any chicken."

"I went here for a late lunch and got a 4 chicken strip combo with a sweet tea no ice. The cashier was quick and ordering was easy. I went to the bathroom after I ordered my food and the toilet did not flush... when I came out of the bathroom my food was ready. The sweet tea was good and 3 of the 4 chicken strips were good but the 4th was dry. Maybe cooked from a different batch. My fries were awful. Very sad. They were old for sure. The coleslaw tasted extremely old/spoiled. I couldn't take more than that first bite. So overall it's not the best raising canes location."
