Jack in the Box

"I ordered by number eats ....my two tacos was hard and stale. Tried contacting the store but that not a good number."

"This restaurant by far is the worst ove gone too. Not sure if it's the grease or the meat being old. Not sure how they even have good reviews or if people try other jack in the box restaurants. We ordered 3 ultimate cheeseburgers and a jumbo jack. The meat was disgusting, tasted different than other Jack's I've been at. Like I said not sure if the oil or the meat being old is what gave it a bad taste. The tacos we ordered were stale and the meat inside was different and made me gag compared to other Jack's I've been at and the fries tastes rubbery (Curly fries). I always go to the one on telephone or gulf freeway and this was was near. Didn't see the reviews until afterwards. This by far was the most disgusting taste in burger, fries and taco. There is 2 Jack's 10min away, go to those people. This place is disgusting, I'm sure they don't keep their food fresh and if you compare the Patti taste with other Jack's you will tell a huge difference. Disgusting and never coming here again. Save your money Fyi: after seeing other reviews im.not the only one noticing a old taste in their food regarding the oil which is what I originally thought as well. Goods being cooked in old oil making the food taste so weird and disgusting. Never have an ultimate cheeseburger taste nasty like at this place"

"The food was great! Didn't take too long for the order to come out! They had alot of great meal bundles besides the value menu items which was fun to try. It was super clean but also kind of depressing on the inside. It's kind of dark, outdated decorations and the fountain machine didn't work. The employees however were very friendly and in which to no fault of their own did make the place feel more lively."

"It felt like 150degrees ,me an a friend wanted to cool off, went JITB( Jack in the Box) for there very delicious shakes, this JITB didnt let us down shakes looked picture perfect & tasted just like it looks. * SEE PICTURE*"

"I ordered 2 ribeye steak burgers , 4 jr bacons and 12 tacos . They started off by forgetting the 4 jr bacons then we have to wait and extra 20 minutes just to get the burgers and get home to cold food , the steak burgers one was missing a patty and the other had a sausage breakfast patty in it , so my husband takes the burgers back and I’m going through jr bacons and all of them were just thrown together with tiny patties no bacon and with everything else that does not come on the jr bacons smh then my son gets a bitten taco this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. You can definitely tell the staff doesn’t care about what is being put out ."
