"Just had lunch there, was expecting great taste but over all it was blend, even when I add the hoisin and spicy sauce, well it was still just blend. The pork crispy roll was ok but the way they made it doesn’t taste good after when the roll gets cooler. It’s just soggy. Price for lunch is on the high side also. Pho beef and meat ball and order of pork roll crispy will put you around the $22.00 plus tip that will be $25. Won’t be going back, figure I tried it and was disappointed."

"I’ve tried many noodle house in Houston area and this one definitely gain the spot on my favorite top 5 phö. Food portion, lots of noddle and meat very consistent been here 3 times no disappointment Maybe a small suggestion to offer a smaller bowl for some people. 2 options medium and large"

"I’m so glad we stopped by Saigon Alley! Great flavor and presentation of their dishes along with a clean and pleasant dining room. The first time we went I got the Bo Kho and it was delicious! If you like beef stew, this is a Vietnamese version! I prefer this dish over pho because of the delicious broth. The second time we stopped by I got a vermicelli delux and it was incredible!! Tender & flavorful meat with fresh and pickled veggies. They make their sauces from scratch and everything is perfectly seasoned."

"The pho really pulls the weight of this restaurant. The fried pork egg roll were sub par: too oily and over fried (probably fried them in too of a temperature). The fried rice was good but lack flavor. There pho broth was developed. There Total Pho had a large bed run which was nice. The seafood pho had lots of shrimp and only 2 scallops. The service was ok. We were the only patrons when we arrived at Saturday 7pm. The server cleared the table for us to sit down and just placed it onto another table. He didn’t clear the dirty appetizer dishes and only offered to fill up with water twice. Although he did ask if we needed anything when he bright our entrees. The restaurant overall was clean and organized. The parking lot is small and clean. I’d recommend the pho."

"Great Vietnamese restaurant option in Energy Corridor. Even though most of the tables were full, we were sat very quickly. Looked like only one server for all the tables, but he was quick and efficient - took our order quickly and food was served quickly. The quality of the food is great for the price. I had the bun with grilled pork and egg roll. The pork is very flavorful and the serving ample (more than I would consider normal). The fresh shrimp spring rolls were good, which plenty of shrimp."
