Sonic Drive-In

"I was told my food would be fresh & it was not, & the costumer service is non existent.(the tots were ok) I ordered 2 brown bag specials for my family & went straight home. This location is only a few minutes away from my home. When I opened the burger wrappers all four were cold, the patties were undercooked, the lettuce and tomato were old & soggy, so were the buns. I am so upset we have been out all day & are starving. People can get sick from this‼️Thirty something bucks down the drain‼️All four burgers look like the photo."

"Bought a sandwich toaster meal with an orange juice with no ice. The cashier tells mw they are out of medium cups and hands me a small orange juice with ice. I handed it back and said I wanted it without ice. And I asked him was he out of large cups too. He replied, "No," so I told him to give me a large then. And I paid for the large upgrade right then. He promptly handed me a large orange juice "With ICE" filled up to the top of the cup. I reminded him i said no ice. He said "My bad," he would have it changed out. A minute later another guy handed me my same cup back still filled with ice. I gave up and drove off. I will not ever go back to that location and I suggest you don't either. I wouldn't send enemy to that establishment. That are the absolute worst!"

"This location is local to me, I have given them multiple chances. This last time is it, horrible service offered a $1.99 shake, then could not figure out how to ring it up, then told us they were discontinued after sitting at the drive thru for 8 minutes. Amazing, manager stated, “pull up and I will explain it” what a joke. This place is a joke!"

"The absolute worst ever. I actually sat around for over 15 minutes press the buttons. They never took my order drove to the drive-thru. Never took my order. Pulled up at the window did not take my order and ignored me. Heavy set guy came out from inside and completely ignored me. Multiple drivers going through drive-thru just pulling off angry. They only serviced one car that was there."

"Imagine having Texas toast and a thin sausage patty and cheese to eat; it’s rather unsatisfying to say the least. I had to remove a slice of toast to east this since they forgot the egg. I was the only person in drive thru and nobody in the stalls at 9:10a, so it’s not like they were busy. The young lady was not friendly when I took the order or when she handed me my drink and food. She would open the open and just hand out what she needed with nothing to say, not even a smile, thank you…nothing."
