When I entered into this establishment today this lady was rude obnoxious belligerent and was not observing covid-19 protocols she was doing paperwork as she was trying to take my order for me and I explained to her that she was not being very customer service related she said so and told me that I could take my business elsewhere mind you that this woman had paperwork in her hand with pin and pad no gloves on and was trying to fix food in an establishment where it clearly says on the wall that we observe covid-19 rules she had on no gloves and no care or remorse for what was going on in the establishment this is the same person that is serving you your food everyday at the establishment I have contacted church's chicken corporate office and I am currently waiting to hear back from them or the health department. either or if I do not get a response from Church's chicken corporate office within the next few days then I will step this matter up and I will take it to City of Houston's health department"
