"Extremely rude manager lady and disrespectful employees. They told me to buy something or get out when I asked to use the restroom and sit in the dinning area and wait. Then they got mad kuz I said is there a sign that says that. Then some guy wit dreads tried to kuss me out for sayin I'ma leave a review about how poorly they treated me. I almost had to do something to this man. Do not spend yo money here absolutely not"
"Me being a public server all over the city I consider myself almost an every day regular customer and also being a previous employee. Having my uniform on I felt some kind of way that I had to buy a drink (which I didn’t get) only to use the restroom. What is this Jack?"
"My grandau & I stop to get a bite from Jack In The Box before Thanksgiving Dinner, we got the Fan fave it was cooked well but the lady had a terrible attitude I also said Thankyou she said nothing and kept our reciept which she didn’t give us our SODA SO WE KNOT WHATS SHES DOING BECAUSE SHES NOT ONLY keeping receipts she’s getting the money back . Soooo be careful eating here…."
"This is probably the worst jack in the box I have ever been to.. the food is the same as any other minus the jacked up pumpkin spice oreo shake which tasted like some type of coffee shake with no oreos and they tried to give me a vanilla shake first. They didn't give us a receipt which seems odd. The soda machine was also broken and the bathrooms were full of graffiti. There were homeless people harassing customers for money or to buy them a meal. We also waited almost 15 minutes to place our order and another 15 to actually get it. I dont recommend this place whatsoever and almost felt they needed some security guards."
