"Mico’s delivers a decent sandwich, a good location that is clean and convenient, and with friendly staff. The only downside I experienced was they seem to really have a messed up POS system in place. Despite ordering on the electronic pad outside, which was modern and convenient, the staff seemed to lose not only my order but at least four others while I waited. It took them 25 minutes to deliver one sandwich and a drink. They were friendly and got it right to me after I asked about it but man, whatever order system their owner put into place sucks. I watched order after order have issues with customers coming up to the counter over and over again This was all on a Sunday evening too. Hire an system engineer from Chick-fil-A corporate to get your system and layout fixed and you’ll double your sales."
"I always love the food here... But it feels like it takes forever to get the food out after you order. And they have touchscreen tablets outside to order but they are crazy slow and don't always work. The outdoor seating is ok... If the weather is nice. But I definitely feel like they are missing out on not having some kind of indoor seating space."

"It's mid. It is kinda expensive. 1 sammich with no fries 12$ . And no drink. Tenders are big , the toast isn't heated up, it's just cold. Fries are good. Wouldn't be in a hurry to be back. Also medium flavor is hot!"
"This was by far the best hot chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!! I got a hot chicken sammich. Yes it was hot. Yes I loved it!! It was cooked perfectly. So juicy. Tender. And the fries with medium spice. I’ve never had better!!"
