"Pappasito's Cantina is the best food in the Houston Airport. How do I know? Because all of the pilots and flight crew frequent the line. The menu is easy to read and understand. There are plenty of options without being overwhelming, and the food is delicious! I enjoyed the beef enchiladas with the red chili sauce. I really enjoyed the rice, beans, and salsa as well. Seriously, next time you are in an airport watch where the pros go. I could not have asked for a better lunch."

"Very typical disappointing Airport food. $16 for some “nachos“ was a very minimal amount of additions. I had added ground beef to the nachos to try to bump up the flavor, but there wasn’t much added to the chips. The Diet Coke tasted fine."
