"The service and atmosphere is fine. It’s a casual family friends Houston chain. They also have a bar. The food was mid - it wasn’t exceptional or anything I’d rave about. However, I’d go back if my friends wanted to. My boil was somewhat dry and we had to request dipping sauce (and there’s an extra fee). I also wasn’t a fan of the book flavor. My “boozy lemonade” tasted like a non-alcoholic spritz (I wasn’t a fan). Thanks to it being happy hour, I only spent like $22."
"When my colleagues and I went here, the waiter told us that we will become regular. If I live in Houston, I probably will become a regular. The food is absolutely delicious from Southern Cajun New Orleans."
"Our experience was great! The boil experience was scrumptious!!! The grits were delicious as well as the boudin balls! Hakeem was a wonderful bartender and waiter! He made our night very pleasant with his charisma and kindness! He made our experience so enjoyable! He made me a Piña colada that I said was "tolerable" and went out of his way to have someone else make me one that I would enjoy more!!! The gentleman who took his time to make it was also so very nice!! And the gentleman who seated us was very kind too (he had a unique mustache)! Our over all experience was great and we'll definitely be back, hopefully we'll catch the great bartender with his great service!"
"The best boil we’ve ever had. There was so much flavor with their wet rub they add. The alligator sausage, pollo bombs, and corn were better than expected. 1/2 pound shrimp provided more than enough! The drinks weren’t too sweet and had good flavor. The ambiance outside was peaceful and quaint."
