"I ordered online drive thru pickup , and on the app it said my order would be done anywhere between 7-10 min for asap pickup and i pulled up before 7min , i was around 4 min in the drive thru lane , food was hot , it was correctly portioned ( to my satisfaction ) , the beef burger patties could use more time on the grill since the meat itself tastes and feels rubbery at the time of eating , the service was fast , but customer service was not good . The drive thru window employee isn't polite , i said thank you to her about 3 times as she handed me my food to which she just doesn't respond anything LOL just handed me my food and i was on my way . now , I didn't take it personally , but i know other customers do seem to expect that from food chains with one on one interactions ( and in this sense it's important to include so you know what to expect ) . So , just to lay it all out ; food 9/10 ( fix the patties , more time on the grill ) , service 10/10 fast , customer service 3/10 . By the way , i frequently visit this jack in the box and i've had great customer service inside ordering dine in with other ladies both in the morning and in the afternoon rather than on the drive thru ."

Section 16:

"More training for the staff is required, specifically the ones taking orders in the drive thru, I felt rushed and employee had " I hate my job" voice... Food is pretty spot on but could be better. Parking is plentiful and I see why. The inside feels sticky and smells not properly cleaned. Ask for napkins as they forget that we need them since we are consuming food and may need to wipe out mouths."

"I just picked up tacos from here and as I was taking a bite I found a red/brownish LONG HAIR in my taco. AS I WAS CALLING NOBODY ANSWERED. Not to mention when I took a bite I ended up choking on the hair. DISGUSTING."

"Drive thru was great fast and efficient and almost always get my order correct. The only downside that this place has, is that we got onion rings and it only came in single digits, $4 for onion rings is already steep but to pay $4 and recive ONLY 7-8 that's outrageous. When Burger King is down the street and it has it a little cheaper and the onion rings come spilling out of the container."
