"Went over there and very rude. Wouldnt even give me the names. I would never come again because they were trying to tell me to use the name on the receipt which was trevon. I would never come back due to these three people driving me away. There was no one behind me and they rudely told me to get up saying u wasn't supposed to order anything at the windowthey'd tell me to back up and come forward when they knew there was noone there. I would like conversation for the mismanagement for this store. I would like a response Really. Nope. I wouldn't tell anyone to come here. Especially when they wouldnt even tell me the name of them"

"Went to purchase a grilled chicken salad, they gave me a salad with two chicken tenders on top. No cucumbers, rotten lettuce, just no satisfaction at all. I start only getting salads from this location because the food hasn’t been as good lately. I was off work from a 10 hour shift and was relying on that salad, it was so disappointing."

"For this location being in the hood it had no pan handlers outside. The outside microphone worked and the worker spoke clear English. The order was taken in a timely manner and I was greeted with a smile at the window. The food came out pretty quickly no long wait . Everything was fresh and I had all my condiments including napkins and straws. The restaurant has stepped up a lot since my last visit several months ago so keep it up. I have no complaints about my food or service. If your in the area stop by to see the improvements they made it's really awesome."

"Took over 20 minutes for me to get 2 salads that I purchased. I came thru the drive. The employee 'Zayd' took my order. I ordered the chicken cluck sandwich. The chicken was very little and it was undercooked. This is the WORST Jack in the Box restaurant. I have visited here several times over several years consistently, and they NEVER FAIL TO DISAPPOINT the customers with their orders. Orders are NOT ACCURATE. Find another Jack in the Box if you want quality foods and customer service!"
