"Haven't been to Chili's in a long time. The wait was short, which was nice. The server was excellent. But the food was ok, not great. I ordered the fajitas trio with just two meats. Beef and shrimp. The serving was so small that it was awful. The bathroom smelled just like cigars and cigarettes, not clean at all. Will not be going back"

"I placed an order online very simple. Salad curbside my BF picked it up. They didn’t give dressing and gave me chicken I clearly ordered shrimp. I have a chicken allergy. The service of the staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t take ownership of their mistakes. It took them 20-30min for the manager to bring a receipt showing my refund. I would never return. Customer service is a big deal . I even called ahead to make them aware."
"Ordered for delivery. Old time burger, skillet queso and special sauce burger. Burgers were pink on the inside. Skillet queso was burned and so overly thick it was inedible. French fries were HARD and dried out and covered in salt. Like, when you finally scraped all the salt off, you could not even bite into the fry. Shame on you"
