Red Lobster

"My girlfriend and I went there for dinner and what miserable disgusting affair. We ordered a surf & turf kind of platter as pictured. No way in the world is that worth $45. To make it worse, my steak was way overcooked, the shrimp tasted like chlorine, the snow crab were as old as the devil himself and I never received the side of mac & cheese. When the manager came, he had a "Oh well " attitude offering no apology whatsoever. He was not even remotely interested in making the situation right. We got up and left and so help me God, I will not ever go in a nasty, disgusting Dead Lobster again as long as the sun rises and sets."

"This location of Red Lobster was a THE WORST!! 1. We got to the restaurant while there was a crowd. That was fine. The boys at the hostess station were young, rude, and obviously were ready to go home. Anyway, they said our wait was about 45 mins. We were fine with that since we had a party of 6. 45 mins went by, now the crowd is starting to subside. We went and asked about the wait time, they told us another 30 mins. We got there at 745pm. We figured we would be seated and eating no later than 845, but that didn’t happen. (The only reason we didn’t leave and go somewhere else was due to my kids being really excited about trying Red Lobster for their first time. They are 10 yrs and 12 yrs old). We go and check for the last time, and finally get seated at 920. By this time, the wait staff is bussing all the tables and it’s only us and 2 other tables still there. 2. Our waitress was nice and accommodating, but clearly told us she was so upset that the boys at the hostess stand were delaying tables because “they were ready to get off work and go party”. 3. The food was awful. My oldest go the lobster tail combo, and the food was rubbery and only warm. The other kids got the endless shrimp, but being that it was so late, didn’t get a chance to eat as much as he wanted. 4. The smell was terrible in the restaurant, and, of all the tables, they sat us right next to the restroom, and had a huge fan blowing for whatever reason. Needless to say, I DO NOT Recommend patronizing this location. My kids HATED it, and told all their friends at school not to ever eat there. It was an awful experience, and I won’t spend another dollar at that Red Lobster!! By the way, I did call and ask for the manager, but they pretty much didn’t care about our experience. So much for customer service!"

"Went here on Halloween around 7:30 we waiting 35 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated our drinks were brought out they were watery with no taste. Our waiter was very rude she didn’t want us to bother her she brought food we didn’t order and missed items we did order. She also said they were out of bread because they shut the kitchen down. This place customer service was poor!!! The manager was nice at the end."

"My family and I went to Red Lobster last night. The place was kinda empty probably because it was Halloween. After we got our table it took the waitress about 10- 15mins to come see us. We ordered our drinks appetizer and food at the same time. The waitress kept bringing everything one at a time. Nothing came out together the whole time we sat there. We got our appetizer but no plates no silverware, I'm like really dude come on now. We sat there for another 30 minutes before our food came out which was not hot. The tables across from us weren't cleaned off the whole time we ate our food. You can believe I'll never go back to this particular restaurant. The service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Good place have Lobster. Restaurant is good and big to bring family or friends. Staff is very friendly. Autumn! Thanks for helping me eat Lobster. :D"
