"How are y’all the only ones to not accept Apple Pay? What if a person forgot their wallet or purse at home or what ever the case may be. Apple Pay is so convenient and y’all don’t accommodate your customers with it. And when I told the lady I forgot my wallet she was really rude and rolled her eyes and walked off. It’s not my fault that y’all have failed to get with today’s modern time. Won’t be going to that sonic ever again."

"Today was horrible, the short haired (black lady) that said that she was a manager was one of the rudest people i've met in my entire life!!! This lady spoke to me as if i was the employee, and she had an issue/grievance as a customer. I was so confused by her strange irrational behavior, she was overly aggressive argumentative and rude. There was nothing to argue about. I asjed for 2 route44 cups of ice drop from the back and she completely lost her mind, yelling at me that ice in the bucket is from the back. The employee Raven (white young lady) was yelling at me as wellz yelling the i always come there and do that), ( i guess asking for my ice from the back) .I felt ao attacked by bith ladies. I tried to de-escalate the situation and reason with her. She spI ke over me when i was trying ask nicely if i could get my ice fresh from the back. She refused my request, and then threatened to refuse service and ban me from sonic.All while asking me to pay and then when i tried to pay, she continously close the door in my face at least 3-4 different times. There was a new employee (black young lady very nice) who profusely apologized for that woman's rude behavior. Again, i was sooo confused and in disbelief of her attitide, speech, and extreme over the top' behavior and so were some of the employees watching her have an emotional meltdown/tantrum on an undeserving longtime confused customer!! She went from one emotional extreme to another and i was SO confused!!! Ive been coming to this location for years and i have to say that i am truly disappointed at this unacceptable untamed irrational behavior from an employee, A MANAGER!!! Ive never had a problem work the other employeees brings rude and with Daniel the manager, he DISPLAYS good customer service at all times."

"I wish I would have gotten the Ladys name (idk what her pronouns are) but she went above and beyond to make sure we could carry ALL of drinks with no problems. No excuses were given as to why a drink carrier wouldn’t work, she just got a box and it is just very innovative and quick thinking. GREAT customer service !"

"Reminded me why I haven't been to Sonic in years. I ordered chicken strips. They came out burnt, the gravy is basically peppered water and on top of all that when I got to the window I had to show them my receipt. Once I did they still didn't give me everything I ordered. Normally I won't write a review but this was so terrible I had to say something about it. Save your money and don't go here. And what is that on top of the gravy cups lid??"
