"i will never go back here , the girls who was working the counter were disrespectful , talking in pig latin, rolling their eyes, i felt so bad i asked if they were hiring because the customer service there is so trash , i would be ashamed to even own the place . and this happened about 5-6pm on 06/21/2023 ....watched them give their friends free food and drinks, but when i asked for anything it was a problem and i paid! , let those girls go completely. your establishment is turning into trash."
"I’d bought 2 big boxes of chicken 1 spice with curly fries and 1 original got charged extra for curly fries this are 10 dollar boxes but got home and this is what I got empty boxes worst fast food place. My family and my tried this jack in the box again and it happened all over again bought tacos and they came in all empty as you can see with the pictures id posted"
"Tried curly fries, looked like leftovers. I also felt like we are eating at the military mess, smiling is free! Update: just saw the restaurant's reply. I noticed you guys are asking all to register any complaints only through your website as seems the only channel to act. I feel this subjective mindset, and likely a reflection of a company strategy that doesn't listen. Google map reviews are the largest database in the whole world for business feedback and reviews. Best of luck with such a poor customer engagement strategy."
"LOVELY I’ve been hearing the service is bad but its actually good! My favourite in jack in the box is definitely the tiny tacos and butter jack. The tiny tacos have small filling but perfect for a 4 year old. The buttery jack is perfect but a strong taste of butter tho I’m cool with it. I love this fast food restaurant!"
