"I’m a trained EX NAVY SEAL. This is the most sickening disgusting place ever. Nobody could pay me a million dollars to even come close to this filth. I left immediately after I heard and saw two of the women employees having a verbal altercation argument about their duties. Lack of teamwork will drag your company down until it’s forced to be shut down by the state of Texas. Clute Police Department doesn’t even eat here like they used to. This specific Whataburger was their second home. You could walk in here anytime of the day and the task force was always here having a great time protecting and connecting with the community. It’s not like that anymore. This Whataburger wasn’t as busy how it is now but still, don’t let a busy time let your restaurant fall apart. I refuse to support this specific restaurant due to its lack of professionalism."
"The service at this location is mid. There is always something missing or wrong when I order. I live in the area and it’s convenient for me to go to this specific location. Please check the bags and the order before sending it out. Food is ALWAYS cold. When I order curbside I put my order in and arrive on time just to sit and wait for my food for 15+ minutes ."
"I'm not sure how much "atmosphere" a hamburger joint can exude but the smell of burgers cooking in Whataburger are enough for me! My all time favorite and has been for a long time. They make all of their food when you order it and there's plenty to choose from. My new favorite is the Chili Cheese burger. The service is quick and the staff is always polite and friendly. I went in for pickup on the last order and the store was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was well tended and clean.. (This time of year is especially important, in my opinion). The menu is fully loaded, as always and what you get for the price is STILL a great value."

"I would give No stars if I could. Was in the drive thru and the girl walked away and made us wait while the people in the second line got their food. By time we got our food the fries were cold. And to add on top of that my burger was still raw and I didn’t notice until my husband pointed it out!! Do better!"
