"Everyone knows about this spot, but if you're unfamiliar just know, there's are a few "the original Timmy Chans" but this is THE ONE. Disclaimer, the chicken is smaller here, but taste better than the others. They all have annoying long drive thru lanes and terribly outdated drive thru menu screens, but all you need to know is BRING CASH, THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS and you can't go wrong with the Chicken, the fried biscuits, a cup of gravy and a kool-aid.... Yes, they sell kool-aid... So ghetto and so good."

"I come for the food! The infamous wing dinner w/ rice & gravy. The service it what it is. They are courteous to a degree but straight to the business. No chit chatting. Now the atmosphere, whew chile! But I'm from Houston and my hubby from the area so if you know you know. Get your food and go!"
"The prices have gone up. The wings have a good flavor. I like the rice and gravy. Food tasted fresh and hot. I didn't care for the "red" Kool aid. It tasted old. Some guy came up to my car in the drive-thru line trying to sell some fake jewelry. Beware."
