"I work in the area and whenever I crave a burger I got to Jack in the Box but this particular location is very unprofessional at night. Whoever the woman is working the drive thru intercom around 10pm is very rude and sarcastic. If the company ever decides to send a secret customer to this location they are in big trouble! Why continue to work in fast food if you are not happy! Customers should not have to deal with this type of behavior."
"Service here is good, food is always fresh and well served. Staff is so nice and store is always clean . I come here daily for the ice coffee and now that they have boba I be here twice a day. Need to bring back wedges"
"Varies depending when you go. Midday can't tell the difference between sodas- not sure whose telling the staff all the sodas are the same, but this seems to be systemic in a lot of fast food around here. If I'm paying over $3 for a drink, it needs to be what I order. Period."
"Our food was just thrown together bad service I wish I could submit a picture .My tacos where just in the bag. The attitude the cashier had was very uncalled for .She was very rude and disrespectful. My husband ask for a receipt and even more rudeness came out of her mouth. We go there all the time but no more I refuse to spend money with you all until that troll is gone ."
"Had breakfast here, there was only 2 employees. They handle the place like true professionals.l was impressed by the attitude's of these 2 young female's who took on this task working the front counter, drive thru and cook stations. Great job!"
