"If I could give this place a zero, I would the manager Anna is a very bad manager. They made a mistake and re-she refused to give me the sandwich. I had to come all the way back.. this is very poor customer service. Somebody needs to have her job. She has a very bad attitude and is making faces at me through the drive-in.!"

"I normally go to Firehouse Subs once a week for my lunch to work from home. I don’t live far away. My visit last Thursday to Firehouse Subs was 1 that I would hope does not count as the norm. I ordered online at 11:30. I was told it would be ready by 11:50. I showed up at 11:50 and told the lady at the order pick up area that I had an online order. She told me she was too busy and I would have to wait. That was no big deal. I understood. She never came back over to speak to me, so I have to wait two minutes. I walked over to the cash register and asked the young man. Please check on my order I told him it should be ready already. He walked over and he came and told me they were just now making it and that it was not ready. I told him that that was unacceptable. I had been quoted a pick up time of 1150. He just kept saying well. It’s not ready it’s not ready. I sat down at the tables near the order pick up area. After waiting in additional 35 minutes, my food was handed to me. They did not put my two cookies in my bag like they say they do. They did not hand me my drink. He didn’t even know I was supposed to have a drink."

"Whoever is taking the drive through orders should be more polite instead of the ugly attitude he seems to have. Seems like customers are more of a bother to him when we should be appreciated since we are the reason your place of employment is open."

"Never been to a Firehouse Subs but got a gift card for a free sandwich so went to check out this location. It was very clean, very well run, nice/professional staff and the food was good. I would definitely visit this location again."

"This must be the worst firehouse on planet earth. Walked into the restaurant today with at least 6 to 7 people (workers) there, and ZERO customers in the building- but I was totally ignored, for at least 3 to 5mins. At these challenging times for restaurants especially in that particular strip center, where numerous restaurants have had to close down. I'm a big firehouse fan but I'd probably will never return! Even after they saw me walking out and taking pictures they couldn't care less. Really feel sorry for the owner. Shocking disgusting attitude."
