"I purchased a wash and dryer last month and paid $1600 for the set. A week after owning the gas dryer it quit working. I had a tech come out and it needed new parts. I called the warranty through the company and after multiple calls and complaints they agreed to let me switch it out for a new set. Unfortunately they didn’t have anything even close to the set that we purchased. I received a call from Mike at the Magnolia location that they had found a matching dryer but it would be electric, which is cheaper than gas. The dryer was delivered and set up. When I saw the dryer, I realized it was a complete different model. Not only was it now electric, but it was a different color, and did not have all the bells and whistles as the set I originally purchased. I called warranty and was told someone would contact me and never received a call back. I have not received a refund of the difference in value, nor do I even have a matching set. It is frustrating that you cannot purchase things now days and get your money worth."

"Appliance Outlet in Magnolia, TX saved the day. Our refrigerator went out the morning of a party in the evening that we were hosting. They had the replacement refrigerator we wanted and worked hard to get it delivered and installed the same day. Normally appliance delivery is the next day, but they were able to get it done for us the same day. I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond to help us. I highly recommend buying your next appliance from them. The customer service is top notch!!! A++++"
