"I placed a mobile order it went to the wrong location. I came to this location to tell them , and they gave me hell getting my money back tried to give me old food and a milkshake that taste like roach spray! Mind you this was nothing that they were doing for me for free I paid 10.25 they wanted to replace with bad food and half of what I ordered! Very bad staff! And if they don't like you they temper with your food! I will get my money back I promise and never come here again!"

"I haven’t been to this location in such a long time and let me tell you I was so pleasantly surprised! My husband and I came back from a late concert and needed to eat a late meal after staying up and Kenrick, I believe was his name, was super polite and patient! It’s rare for me to experience this level of amazing customer service! It was so late but he was so kind and friendly. 20/10! Keep up the amazing work! We appreciate you!!!!"

"This place is the worst!!! We just say in the drive thru and waited to so long only to drive away still hungry because no one ever took our order. The business looks like it's open, there are vehicles there(possibly the employees) but no one is actually working inside. I evenhave video to show the "employee " vehicles that are there but yet there is no one inside at 6:30 on Sunday, December 18th. The hours posted said they close at 10 pm. Just such a shame that this place is in a prime location but never open for business..."

"I made an online order only for no one to answer at the drive through and to go to the front door to make eye contact with this woman only for her to ignore me. I called several times only for her to turn all of the lights off and pretend the store is closed. This store is labeled as a 24 hour store, so I’m honestly surprised and frustrated that they would ignore a paying customer without addressing the fact that they took my money and acted as if my order was fulfilled when it was not. This was my first online order with Jack in the Box. Needless to say, I will never return to any Jack in the Box ever again. Avoid Jack in the Box at all costs. Go to your local Whataburger instead. Even if Whataburger is understaffed, they will serve you delicious food and not just ignore you in such a blatant and disrespectful way. I am disgusted with this store and have not yet received a refund for the order I made. These people will steal your money and act like nothing happened as I was not given the food I paid for. Again, avoid this store at all costs."

"Stopped in around 9pm on a week night. There were no other customers in the dining area. An employee saw me and came right up to take the order. Didn't want soggy tacos possibly sitting under a heat lamp a while, so I ordered two without sauce so that they would have to make them fresh. They came out with lots of shredded lettuce which I love because it balances the fat in the meat. As I was eating, noticed that the guy named Larry wasn't just standing around, waiting for customers to come in. He was constantly cleaning. I saw him wiping down the wall behind the counter. Then he came out and wiped down the wood trim in the dining room. I was impressed. He treated the place like it was his and he wanted it to shine. He was polite when I complimented him and said something like he wanted things to look nice. Jack in the Box bosses, he's a keeper that you should consider moving up as he really cares about the store!"
