"I like like spots for accasional coffee or brunch. It's a very cute concept however management's is lacking with this , won't last. Service is unprofessional, made a order she was so confused so much I waited over 15 and had to tell her it was OK since it wasn't started she was having issued with a COLD COFFEE WITJ TACIOPA, I won't come back ill stick to Royal tapioca or Starbucks ."

"Very rude and unprofessional. When serving the ice cream, manager/employee had her hair down all over the cup while she was serving the ice cream on. Including not using gloves, while having acrylic nails, VERY unsanitary. long time waiting while there was no one there. Not recommend at all, go to another place."
