"So the lady serving at this location at exactly 12:00PM yesterday being 02/29/2024 was so rude and unprofessional. How people run down businesses that don't belong to them. She was so bitter and rude and appeared as if she was being forced to work. Why will this location allow Uber delivery drivers to queue in line when an order that was ordered over an hour ago and was ready when i walked in. I was staring at an order i came in to pick and yet she didn't even listen for a second to hear what i had to say. I wanted to cancel and leave but felt that it was unfair for the customer. Other eateries don't do this and even when it finally got to me, she was very rude as if she knew me before. Retrain this staff. My conclusion was just that some ladies just don't like seeing other ladies more beautiful or even dressed better than them or she just simply frustrated and hate her job. Hey girl, it won't cost you anything to be nice to people. I hope you work on your manners."

"Coffee not hot at all, this stuff was barely warm, had to microwave it. Ice cold syrup, the ketchup packets were warmer than the syrup. Do you all not give salt & pepper anymore? Cuz these eggs were, ugh. Seems the morning crew is just as bad as the night."

"Even though food was fresh customer service was horrible. The man at the drive thru sounded real irritated made me not wanna order. He repeated order right back, but was rushing so therefore he forgot items and then asked him about it he asks like it’s a bother to do it over. Overall if you’re going to have an attitude with customers don’t come to work"

"So I ordered the new mocha Frappuccino from this location and they did not even gave me the right flavor of the mocha. And when I pulled up she used her finger to put more of the mocha in the cup to “clean in” could of use napkins or gloves. I told her and she mixed some more flavor of it but didn’t attempt to make a new one and gave it right back to me. In the end I threw it away:. This location has been going down hill for a while and on top of that I have missing items and the sauce that I wanted was not in the bag when I specifically told her if it was in there. Never coming here again This location should already be closed."

"I’ve placed an order at 2:37 and I arrived at 2:38 and it’s been almost 15 minutes just for me to get to the front . I barley started taking pictures cause it’s ridiculous that I had to wait this long waiting for my cold food that isn’t even hot anymore THISSS WAIT IS SOOOO UNACCEPTABLE it shouldn’t take 20-30 minutes to wait in line and get your food !"
