"They have a good assortment of things and nice place but being followed to every isle wad not cool. Especially after having said we were just looking around. Then when we thought of something we asked the cashier for its location, headed that way only to be intercepted again and then were spoken to rudely for looking in wrong spot... the spot the cashier told us... We told the lady a total of 3 times we were ok but she continued observing us and watching everything we were doing. Not cool."
"I live a few miles away and was trying to save myself a trip to Rosenberg or Richmond, so I stopped by. As soon as I walked in the door I was impressed. Firstly, this place is way bigger than it appears from the outside. They have a massive selection with the feel and charm of a "mom n pop" general store. You can tell that the business is family owned/run and that the family very much cares about this business and you as the customer. I was looking for something relatively obscure and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they had it. They also have a lumber, masonry, and garden section with plants and seeds. I definitely wasn't expecting that. Stay away from Lowe's, Home Depot, or Walmart and come here. Also, the reasoning they post on the front door for being closed on Sunday also put a smile on my face. Highly recommend."
"Small on the outside, but LARGE inside. Very helpful 9 times out of 10 they have what I'm looking for. Always very alert when customers walk in & always greeted. I love my great, small, humble town.."
"A great place to stop in, especially if you are not a big box self check out person. I got some good tips on paint, primer and joint compound and helped take it to car. Small hardware store. Prices reasonable and will return next time I'm in East Bernard. Usually street parking available in front of the store."
