"This restaurant is very lively. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was good but not great. The short ribs were very dry. I had to ask for extra jus. Creme brûlée and bread pudding were delicious."
"Short ribs tacos were okay. Pistachio crusted scallops were good but I find the sweet potato mash was a hint too sweet. As for the crab crusted redfish with green beans, I find there’s too much crunch on the plate. You have the crust and the undercooked green beans which have too much crunch to the meal. I would have preferred rice pilaf instead of the green beans to balance out the meal better in my personal preference. Also there’s no crab taste in the crust. Presentation was beautiful and price wise it’s considered inexpensive considering the location. But it lacks the wow factor in taste. Atmosphere and service were very good though."
"Hearsay was just ok. Nothing to write home about and probably not a place I would visit again. Drinks were ok and so was the food. The presentation of the scallops really made me regret ordering them. The salmon ordered by my hunny was good . Arrived a bit cold but seasoning was good. Dessert was also ok."
"Celebrated my birthday here on 9/12. I really loved the atmosphere; very elegant but casual at the same time. Our waitress was excellent; She was attentive, helpful, and honest, but I can’t remember her name. She even took a group picture for us at the end of the night. The food was pretty good and wasn’t too expensive. They gave me a free dessert of my choice for my birthday. I tried two of their alcoholic drinks and I wasn’t a fan of either, but I’m not a big drinker so that could be why. We parked in a lot along the waterway and it was a $5 fee."
