"Customer service was great Food was pretty good but not the best I've had from Jack in the box. I asked for light condiment on my burger and still received a hefty amount of sauce. This being said, it was probably less than they normally put but it was still excessive. Their bathrooms are quite scary and smelly."

"Waited 20 minutes today for a single chicken wrap. When I got to the window, they asked me for my order again. It had not even been rung up. I watched the two girls up front just laugh and talk while I waited for my order. Huge line developed behind me. There was no sense of urgency. Careless employees who are for sure losing this business money. I would post my receipt but I wasn't given one."
