"The attitude here is ridiculously atrocious. From the order taker to the person at the window. If a guest has a question about if an item is available/ if they serve it maybe don’t scoff at them and respond as if we know the answer. Window person gave some rude attitude after he didn’t give me back the correct change and tried to say I was Incorrect when he missed a whole $10 bill. Bag was over stuffed to where it ripped as it was being handed off from one employee to another, didn’t re bag or get another one just handed me a barley in tact bag. Do yourself a favor don’t visit here."
"I cannot believe the experience and process that is upheld here! Ordered on app a family meal 14pc tender meal for $24.99 they tried to give me my meal with no chicken tenders and said it was an app mix up and they would not be able to refund my money . I order again and going through a whole other process we proceeded to wait an hour for our meal because they had to make a fresh batch. the store manager refused to talk to me and the other manger on duty was unable to provide reasonable info for contacting regional manager, I just wanted to maybe come to some resolution here. when I arrived home after waiting the mac n cheese look like a congealed oily inedible mess. I’m extremely disappointed and will not be back this should not be the standard for a passing rate here"
"We had just got my new ride looked at because a code showed up. We were really hungry. We saw Popeyes and pulled in. I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with a biscuit. My wife got the popcorn shrimp with Cole slaw and cream potatoes. She had a Sprite and I had sweet tea. We didn't speak much during the meal cause we were hungry. We ate all that that we ordered. It was really good and the checkout lady was very friendly and courteous. Good job Popeyes."
"My recent visit to Popeyes left me deeply disappointed due to an unpleasant encounter with the manager, Teresa. Not only did she purposely make me wait excessively for my food, but she also exhibited extreme disrespect throughout our interaction. It’s disheartening when such behavior from a manager tarnishes the overall dining experience. I hope Popeyes addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect they deserve."
