"Called them for 30 minutes. The phone rang for 30 minutes. I drove down to place my order in person instead. While waiting I saw the employee at the counter pick up the phone every call, put it on hold and then place the phone down. He never returned to those phone calls, just left them there the whole 20 minutes I waited for my food. 01/26/24"
"We've been to this location several times. The food has always been good. It's a small location with just 1 TV, which is expected. The only issue is that we would be missing items on our to go order and have to go back in to get them. Drinks on several occasions, extra ranch that we paid for, or our fries on other occasions."
"Went to this location yesterday and the service was completely horrible. All while waiting for my food along with others, we overheard a Hispanic using the N word to his coworkers. Not only that but the young lady who was supposed to be taking orders was too busy talking to the cooks and so inattentive she didn’t realize she had a whole line. I sat & watched the ladies give away free drinks to what I assume to be coworkers who were off the clock. This specific location is very unprofessional and needs some adjustments"
"My daughter got a combo with 2 flavors. She had already eaten 2 wings from one flavor. When she went to grab another one from the second flavor, a long blonde hair was underneath it. Really disappointing"
"Order 8 wings with 2 favor. The Habanero is ok but the Hot Lemon is too salty. Look like they throw a bunch of lemon salt to the wing mix with hot sauce. And the fries is also very salty. Seen a lot of complain about food quality at this place, but I still wanna try and completely disappointed."
