"This queso is so lumpy, it didn't even taste like the queso I normally love. This was the only thing I ordered today, so I'm pretty disappointed. ETA: Torchy's made it right. They credited me for my last experience. I went by today and the queso was just how it should be. Perfect!"
"happy to see that there is a Torchys out here in Katy area so first time at this location unfortunately it did not meet my expectations or past experiences from other places inside Houston city limits. this location was very slow service seem short staffed on the day I came but I offer chips and queso to go and 1 breakfast taco so it shouldn't take more than 18-20 minutes + to get my order!"
