"This isn't a regular wonderful Chick-fil-A. This is not Chick-fil-A service like at all. They don't even drop the My Pleasure response. It's like you inconvenience them by being there. We used to come here all the time because we were in that area once a week. We stopped about 2 or 3 months ago. Their service is horrible! It's like pulling up to a McDonald's where no one cares to be there. Actually, the McDonald's across Randall's has better customer service than this place. So that says a lot."

"I ordered an original chicken meal on 2/3/2024 at 2:30pm.The chicken wasn’t fresh and looked as if it was fried in old grease. I know the company makes enough revenue to not reuse any cooking oil from day or days before. Me and my family eat at other locations weekly the food is always served fresh that’s very disappointing and waste of my money."

"This is the only Chick-fil-A that I’ve been to that isn’t run well, and feels like a regular fast food restaurant like McDonald’s. Additionally, usually everyone at a Chick-fil-A is nice and makes for a pleasant experience but that’s just not the case at this one. If you can, take the time and run over to the Meyerland location. They are amazingly efficient and everyone is very kind."

"I've come to this location at least a dozen times. I can honestly say, my order has been correct maybe once. I always order my grilled club without a bun (gluten allergy), this has become a game of "let's just toss a different bun on there every time." Does not matter if I order ahead on the app, order in the drive-thru or inside. Management is terrible. I've had the dis-privilege's of having to go into this location on 5 occasions now, each time staff is hollering to each other, not acknowledging customers as they enter, distasteful attitude when notified of the error. Every time the receipt matches what I've order and the food provided is incorrect. It takes several minutes to get my order replaced and is usually still incorrect in one way or another. Save yourself the time and hassle and go to the CFA in Meyerland Plaza. Hoping this management team and staff can get the proper training for a successful future."

"Don’t buy food from this location. Employees are always rude, orders are never correct, drive thru is slow even in low traffic times. And this last time I got hair and a tag including in my salad. So nasty! This location clearly needs a change in management and/or owner."
