"Workers are very rude. First when you walk in there isn’t any formal greeting. Next I understand orders come in online however to not acknowledge your standing customers in line speaks volumes. Now one person could have been getting us out of the way while the other worked on the online orders. Subway please retrain your staff on proper customer service etiquette."
"I ordered a Philly Cheese steak sandwich. The associate began fixing my sandwich and expressed the fact that I hadn't chosen my vegetables. I was rudely advised that I should had seen the list of ingredients that came with the sandwich. I expressed that I didn't want any, raw, onions on my sandwich, but I was rudely advised that I didn't have a choice to leave the, raw, onions off my sandwich. I was also informed that I didn't say I didn't want onions. While Ms. Associate saying this she continued to fix the sandwich. I choose not to respond and walked out. I refuse to argue with anyone about anything that I purchase. Just is not going to happen."

"Sandwich was made exactly the way I ordered it. Establishment was cleaned just one young lady was more so in her phone even though she was fixing my order but each is own. My server was very attentive, she did not speak English because another young lady would translate a few and I will say a few but overall she did an awesome job by listening smiling, and clean as she prepared. "Don't let them BS you. The cup shortage is over. They have small cups again, but one employee said they're only for online orders. In reality, the owner of this franchise gets an extra $0.30-$0.60 pure profit by limiting the walk in guests to medium or large. I'm done. No more Subway for me. There are plenty of other options."
