"Crew at night sucks they said they couldn’t help me out with my order because they couldn’t prepare the iced coffees I ask if I can get something else instead they say no they be on their phones instead of helping customers."
"I went this morning around 7 lady who took my order was completely rude and at the window had an attitude… I couldn’t even get a “your welcome” back .. not coming back here again"
"Today I ordered a Loaded Breakfast sandwich with an iced coffee. I politely ask for a little less ice to get a little extra coffee because I have a 14 hr shift ahead of me. The gentleman proceeds to shake out some ice but still pour the same amount of coffee with an inch gap of space on top. To top it off then he gave me the wrong sandwich. He gave me an extreme sausage sandwich. I said, sir I want the sandwich from the #26 combo. He said “OK give me that bag” back. I wait a minute. Then he gives me the bag back but this time with a hash brown inside. I just walked away because he’s incapable of following instructions I won’t be back. And yes I opened the wrapper and verified the sandwich was indeed incorrect."
"Jack n the box is my go to fast food restaurant. I love that they sale breakfast and dinner anytime, as I am up at all different times of day and night. Ultimate breakfast sandwich, tacos, sourdough burgers, and of course their shakes are my favorite."
"Five years later, and still no complaints. My order was taken quickly and prepared the same. The food was great! This is a very good store. I have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and is presented well. The staff is excellent, as well."
