"This was my first and last time coming to this location. It took at least 15mins for my food to come out. When I asked how much longer it would be for my food to come out the young lady at the drive thru told me “ she’s not the one cooking the food and that she told the cook she need drive thru burgers first but she said he making phone order burgers first.” I asked for the manager so I could get my money back but she came to the window with my food. I should’ve just gotten my money back because the food ripped my stomach to shreds all night!"

"The crew working tonight did not so great job of bagging my order. I had a hotdog with chili and cheese placed upside down in the bag and was handed to me upright. My fries were old, and my burger was very messy. There was chili and cheese all inside the bag. Food was packaged very sloppy. Couldn’t eat it, threw it away."

"I came here in a rush, not sure if I was going to have time to get to my daughter's middle school early enough to secure a good parking spot. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my order came out. Furthermore, the manager on duty had a warm and cheerful personality. He really made it an enjoyable experience to order my food and sit and wait. It's refreshing in today's society to see a young man that can be professional, courteous, and have a great personality. This guy needs to be the measure of how customer service should be trained. My daughter and I will be back."

"Just had a wonderful experience at this Westbury Sonic! I didn’t know what time they closed so I pulled up to drive thru unaware they were already in the process of closing when an African American gentleman came out in person and informed me they were closed but he could give me my order depending if they still had it at the moment. I didn’t expect this and was perfectly ready to just go home. What a great guy! I wish I could have gotten his name, I assume he was the manager/leader of the store. Whoever was in charge on 12/5 10:10ish did an amazing job with customer service and I’ll definitely be back to support this new local sonic!"
