"The Franchise owner should hold the cooks and management liable for their lack of effort to make food edible. I suggest if the order is Not as requested, take ALL the food back, refund ALL the money and Tip. We should not be forced to accept food that is NOT made as requested and still pay for it. Can't return it and expect them to do it correct without spitting or wiping 5he counter with the bun. Hold the Staff accountable and refund ALL THE MONEY. ----------------------------------------------------- I stopped going to this sonic a few months ago because they can make the food as ordered. No Onions means NO ONION. I gave them another chance today and same results. Loaded with onions and the dreaded red sauce. Top bun was cold so I figured they loaded the onions and spoiled lettuce while watching tic tok. Cold tater tots and cold corn dogs. This settles it, incompetent staff means incompetent management"
"The worst customer service. 30minutes before closing and the entire staff stopped working. Multiple cars came and went. The staff didn't come out to say they weren't taking orders, they just didn't attend any customers."
