"2-20-24 breakfast: Two and one-half stars due to service. Was served by young, short Latina with long dark hair in a ponytail - #41 ? No one at reception when t walked in at 9 a.m. saw several other people in same situation. Very friendly waitress but SO easily distracted! Wanted more coffee, but had to go to kitchen and shout for help - she said she’d been busy packing to-go orders. She asked if I was ready to get the bill , I said yes. She then seated a group, I was expecting to get the bill. No, she went to the back to get drink orders. I was expecting the bill. No, she then started taking their food order. I waved at her to remind her about the bill. She just said I’ll be with you in a minute. Finally got the bill, but she did not receive a generous tip. This is the 4th time she was my server. Initially I attributed my concerns to a possible learning curve, but she should be able to prioritize customer service by this time. I felt that my business was not valued."
"Was on hold for 5 minutes before someone came to the phone and asked what did I need help with. Immediately was hung up on while sitting in the parking lot. I came inside and one person greeted me and walked away. 5 minutes later someone else took my order to go! Not many people were being serviced."
"I didn't even eat last night smh It was horrible I ordered a starter platter and everything was wrong inside didn't get mozzarella sticks got jalapenos didn't get onion rings. Got fries and about maybe 10 of them I paid $14 for this and nothing was right I'm pissed I got it last night at 1 in the morning"
"Waited at entry more than 5 minutes before anyone came to seat me. I was directed to a dirty table. Had to ask waitress to clean table. Food arrived lukewarm. Butter never melted. You decide. Coffee cup appeared clean, but the flatware didn't."
