"I've been here many times before and I don't know what happened with this trip but it was absolutely horrible. When I walked in immediately smelt like sewage or dirty mop water I don't know which. When I got to my food out on the road and too far away to come back my chicken was burnt. Soo burnt that i couldn't taste the spicy in the spicy chicken sandwich. Then when I bit into it cause I was hungry enough that I was gonna go ahead and eat it anyway, the chicken came out in my mouth like a rubber band it was completely disgusting. I won't be back to this location any time soon. Appetite ruined."
"Came in on the 1st, i ordered via the app, had ordered carry out to dine in. Door was locked. The drive thru line was huge but I had already paid for my food. I expected a long wait but surprisingly they moved fairly quickly and the food was accurate!"
"I came to buy by the drive way and the cashier Litsy attended me but she forgot to check the orders when she got to my home after driving 30 min I realize that my order is incomplete I had to return and the young Adrián attended me the only thing that he said it was that everyone makes mistakes he gave me what was missing but without asking for any apology I understand that there are mistakes but I check the orders it is annoying to arrive and everything is incomplete"
"The service representative was very attentive. They helped me better understand the app. Everyone was very friendly. Ordered two burgers with cheese and jalapenos. The burgers came out very delicious. I am very pleased."
