"Ive had some bad experiences at restaurants before but this one was on another level. We sent back 2 orders of steaks. Waited close to 30min only for them to return with the same steaks but burnt and still raw. I asked the waiter if they were seriously giving me these pieces and he just left the plate. Went to go get a "manager" that never showed up to my table after waiting 15 minutes. Good to see that they don't care because i dont care to ever come back to any texas roadhouse. Paid what was on my bill and left."

"I ordered a 24oz. Ribeye from the choice steaks at the front. It was my first time. I was very excited to try it. I was not even half way through my steak when my wife noticed a long hair that had been cooked into the steak. When i told the server, he told me I’d speak to the manager but instead he came back with a $15 discount on a $41 steak. I was not even half way done with the steak, how could they charge me for more than half the steak I couldn’t eat?! Very disappointing, i usually have a great experience here but sadly no. Will drive further out next time for better customer service."

"I love that you get to pick out your own steak. I selected a 22 ounce rib eye with a lot of marbling and it was absolutely delicious! Sides are very good too. I had a loaded baked potato with real bacon and fresh vegetables, not frozen. Service was extremely good. Rafael and another female served us. We ate at the bar which is always more fun than a table. I highly recommended this place if you are hungry for really good steak."

"Our first time at this location. I think it all depends on the time you visit the restaurant. It was kind of cold when we're in there even though we wasn't seated by the window. Foods and service were above average. Prime rib is delicious and definitely meets my expectation. Overall the experience is great."
