"I'm not sure why this place is still open. It used to be packed and busy, but after the pandemic, they never reopened the inside. The drive-through is the only thing that's open. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. One major thing I don't like is their beans. They don't wash them. They do have a sign that tells you that, but if you risk getting beans or nachos with beans, you may run into a rock or two. This place is always like a last resort to getting food. Maybe because they're open late."

"This used to be one of my Favorite places to go. H Town must not be showing this location NO love. It's ran into the ground. Shameful preparation of the food is the sad part. I think This location is Due for a Re-Vamp. Margaritas still pop though!"

"Me and 4 other patrons waited over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge us. I ended up, just leaving due to their terrible customer service. I even tried calling… it’s almost 8 o’clock so for a place that’s open 24 hours… that looks really bad. Honestly, don’t waste your time at this place. There’s a ton more Mexican restaurants in the area it’s better service. Give them your money."

"The service was great, I came late at night, and they were busy, like Chachos normally is. The Taste of the food was there, nothing wrong with that. The quantity of the nachos and how the looked rush together there me off a little . They could of had an off night in that regard. Their burrito was on point a d was constructed better than the nachos.. I'll try them out 2 more times at this location to see if there is a difference. The atmosphere is 3 star due to the place being closed on the inside."
