""I regret to inform you that I had a negative experience with the food establishment we ordered from. I had placed an order on Saturday morning to be picked up on Sunday, December 31 at 4:30 pm. However, when I arrived at the establishment at 5 pm, I was informed that my ticket had been disposed of, and I was asked to wait for an additional 35 minutes for my order to be prepared. This was a significant inconvenience and caused me considerable frustration. I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how we can ensure such issues are avoided in the future.""

"I just ordered a chicken sandwich. It wasn’t the best. That’s my review. Didn’t order anything else. They offer beans as a side, the beans weren’t bad. I want to try their other options. Don’t order the sandwich. It was kind of rubbery, for a fried chicken sandwich."

"Food was acceptable. The service was less than lackluster. The counter attendant did not want to be there and it was obvious. The place felt down and out. Follow Up: Nov. 2023 The customer service was phenomenal. No excuses were made, acknowledgment was made, and more importantly steps were taken to improve future service. I am very impressed with the professionalism and how customer service handled my experience. I will most certainly continue to my a customer because I know that Pollo Campero does care about its' customers. Everyone deserves a second chance."

"Chicken, our nuggets were good. We came around 8:30 pm staff was not the friendliest. I wish the Supervisor would watch the video for 30 minutes, and watch how some young ladies conduct themselves in unprofessional maner loud. & roudy with a customer. We wont be back any time soon to this location. Aditional when our food was ready it was just place in counter, no one brought it to us, We had to guess it was ours, no straws. Place was mostly empty."

"Firstly we were ordering in the drive thru and we knew what we were getting we were just trying to say things in an organized matter and also make sure they could hear us. They kept pressuring us and not giving us enough time to even answer when it wasn’t even packed at all. It wasn’t packed inside or outside the place. We got our food and it basically looks like they just threw the stuff in there and it’s all over the place making it hard for me to check if everything we ordered is there. I don’t recommend it here due to its poor service. My mood was ruined and I’m just overall disappointed and irritated. This is also NOT the first time they do this but it’s the first time in coming out here to say something."
