"Server grabbed his phone and pointed it at my card while scanning it.No receipt given.Asked for a manager,each time I was met with"No English".Lastly I asked for spicy chicken.Half was spicy.Told server chicken wasnt spicy,all he had to do was switch the rest out. He told me"We only just use a little tiny bit of seasons,you can't really taste it".He really said that to me.Ate the chicken cause I was hungry as a wolf.But will never be back. Chicken didn't actually taste bad perse,it just wasn't what I ordered. No workers should be dealing with English speaking customers if they can't in fact speak English.Its the new way of companies avoiding addressing issues at workplace. They mumble "Me no English and walk off""
"They have lowest prices I’ve seen so far. A drum/leg, and thigh is $1.79 each. Their customer service could be better though. They are simply doing their job without a smile. Also, make sure to get a receipt since the receipt has coupons!"
"Popeyes is my favorite place for Chicken. But today I was let down. Customer service was really friendly on my visit. I ordered the $10 box to try it (usually I get the #8). But the chicken didn’t taste spicy, it had been sitting because every piece was cold. And from the pictures some of the pieces (picture 2), shouldn’t have been served. The tenders were very very hard. Two of my pieces were as thin as a potato chip. Fries were warm. My most enjoyable part about the meal were the biscuits (which I don’t usually partake in). But I was still hungry and unsatisfied. So I ate them to fill me up."
