"I ordered the pollo con tajadas and they forgot to add the red sauce on my order I also asked for extra sauce and they gave me 0 sauce not even on the side. I called the restaurant to talk to a manager and the girl who answered the phone told me that there was no manager at the moment. Just very disappointed from this place and the way the issue was not even solved. I just saw your reply and to say that you guys try to resolve it but I didn't let you its the ultimate for me. When I requested to talk to a manager I was told there was no manager and the only thing the girl who answered the phone told me was "I'll tell them what happened so they keep an eye on and don't make the same mistake with other orders". So stop lying."

"I definitely enjoyed the tajadas they were delicious my husband loved the sopa de mondongo and the agua de marañón i tried it was very tasty. The place was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. Will be coming back soon!"
