"JUANA is ruining business for y'all. She's either high or asleep when it's slow. You will note that as soon as you hear her voice at the drive thru. A simple order of 2 large regular fries... and she rung up curly fries. After letting her know NICELY that she had rung up curly, she proceeds to ARGUE angrily that we said curly fries and she did not make any mistake. Our daughter is allergic to wheat... why in the world would we order CURLY fries? And instead of offering to correct it, she goes back and forth for a good minute that we gave her the wrong order. We just wanted the correct fries but she threw a fit like a little toddler and was just standing there useless at the drive through refusing to correct it because, in her opinion, we asked her for the wrong thing. Ridiculous girl- over 2 regular fries. And then the nerve to have us "pull up to the front" and wait. And seeing the other reviews, I guess that's just how she is. An immature little girl ruining business for you guys. AND SHE THREW THE FRIES SHE HAD JUST TAKEN OUT BACK INTO THE FRYER.. AFTER HANDLING THEM. She even had wiped her nose off on her sweater sleeve."
"It's raining outside heavily, and I'm at the window with a cover. The lady wants me to wait out front of the restaurant so the drive-through timer will go off. Now I'm waiting in the front where I'm going to get soaked my food will and the lady. Why does this make sense to ya'll?"
