"So I'm getting my car fix walked across the street to eat & use the bathroom. They cashier tells me either bathroom works. Man does the same thing & brings back a key. The lady didn't know I stayed to eat in very rude & disrespectful I want be giving my money to them again. But big tks to the gentleman that unlocked the door for a paying customer."
"Every time i come here the lady im not sure if she is the manager, but she always have on different name tags she drives the burgundy truck. she always charges me for sauce when it should be included if i get tacos & she charges me for buttermilk. When i order on the app, the app doesn’t charge me for sauce. She always messes up my order then gets a nasty attitude when i tell her that is not what I ordered. She is very rude & makes my experience horrible every time. She acts as if she pays for the sauces out her own pocket. I sent my hispanic co worker to get food & she didnt charge her for EXTRA sauce but i get charged for just one sauce & im black?!! I usually do not complain about fast food but this has been ongoing for over a year because i eat there on my lunch breaks. If i knew her name i wouldve included it. I will like to speak to corporate about this situation."
"I just placed a mobile order on the app and not only did they give me old fold and a real watery shake. The young boy kept my receipt didn’t give my receipt for my points to be redeemed probably still in customers points because you need the receipt in order to redeem free points and rewards"
"I ordered a couple of egg rolls and tacos along with mini churros. The mini churros are very good. Had to try them. The egg rolls were as good as any Asian place I've been to. It was very quiet in the late evening. I was the only person sitting in."
