"I have been sitting in the line for 15 minutes last week. I came me and my wife we ordered two breakfast sandwiches. There were egg shells in our breakfast sandwiches now here I am today. December 4. We have been sitting in line 15 minutes just waiting. This is unacceptable Jack where are you? We need your help. Do you know when a person gets home and he finds eggshells in his food that’s unacceptable. Something needs to be done. Thank you."

"I just ordered my #2 with No tomato and asked for BBQ sauce. When I open my food it had two tomatoes and I had no BBQ sauce:/ they put ketchup instead. I don’t have time to go back & get my order fixed due to my lunch time limitation…."

"This particular location is Trash. Rude staff. Food is always Old,Cold ,dry , fried items like the Egg rolls are thrown back in the grease to make it seem like is fresh. I asked for my food to be cooked fresh and the Rude employee said everything is going to be fresh.. I got my food cold and dry."

"When I had got home after getting my hair done, this is what was placed in my order on Wed night. How and who supposed to eat this sugar honey ice tea??? Definitely not me. I tried to call and let them know she didn't give me a receipt because she knew that my order was a hot mess. NEVER will I eat at this establishment again while I am visiting this area of town!!"
