"I was thrilled to see a food truck catering to those with a vegetarian based diet. I absolutely love Indian vegetarian dishes and I was happy to see new dishes (to me) on the menu that I haven't eaten before. I ordered the Sev Khamni, which is a savory street food snack from Surat, in Gujarat state in India. I'm no expert and this was the first time I've eaten it but from a taste standpoint, I'd say it's at least a 4 or 5 out of 5. It was very good! I also ordered the Dahi Puri, which if I'm not mistaken is a street food from Mumbai. Wow! I loved this food. There were so many unexpected flavors and textures in this dish. It was sweet, tangy and spicy at the same time. The crispness was a surprise to me. I ordered to go because it was about to start raining. After doing some research at home, I saw that it would have been better to eat them as soon as they were made, so I will need to return on a more pleasant day and eat them there. They still tasted amazing to me after the trip home. The service was fast and friendly. They were also very helpful answering my questions. I would have ordered more but I had already ordered from another food truck as well. I will be back to enjoy some more of this amazing Indian vegetarian street food!"

"Surti chaat food truck is one of the 16 trucks in this food truck park. It’s run by a lovely Gujarati couple. I would suggest everyone to call before you go, because google shows 4 pm as their opening time, but because of the Houston traffic they may not be able to open it by then. I ordered their raj kachori, sev khaman, and the Bombay grill sandwich. The portion sizes are big and filling. I really wanted to try their khandvi and sev khamani but they were both not available that day. Sev khaman was delicious, their Bombay sandwich was also huge (3 layered) , served with potato chips, and lastly their raj kachori was tasty, but different than the most I’ve eaten. It had puffed rice fillings with chutney and yogurt. The prices are very reasonable for the portions offered. Make sure you go empty stomach to enjoy the traditional Gujarati delicacies at this place. Loved it!"
