"One overworked person seems to be working inside over night. What’s the point in being open if it takes 15 minutes to come to the mic and take each order? I was stuck in between vehicles and couldn’t get out of the line. Hire more people or close!!!!!!!! I work nights and sometimes don’t have a choice but to come here. This is not a fluke it’s every morning around 2am to 4am."
"Older guy with beard was super rude with condescending tone when we got to the window. We asked for ranch and he tried to charge us 50 cents for each regular little packet of ranch. The window said 25 cents each dipping sauce. He is probably pocketing the extra change. I know it sucks to be in a fast food chain but why he gotta be a jerk. I let him know they should update the sign on the window that stated 25 cents and he mad dogged me. Like chill."
"Great customer service, people are nice and patient, as for the food, Burgers need a little more seasoning, taste. But the tacos are always good, crispy, crunchy and tasty. Soda machine needs to be updated."
"We had to try their Mozzarella sticks with onion rings. My wife loved the Mozzarella sticks with BBQ sauce. And we both enjoyed the onion rings too. Not bad for the price. And service at this location was not too bad either. Will plan trying it again just one more time ☺️"
"I got the Meat Lovers burrito as I always do when I go to Jack. Though this time I noticed my bag seemed light. When I opened the bag I knew why- because the size of the burrito is HALF what it used to be. While it still tastes great- it seems "shrinkflation" has hit this business too. They also don't allow shake subs in the meal anymore. That is why I rated them with only 3 stars. On the bright side-the Strawberry shake is as good as ever and I was able to get it at 10:30 on a Saturday night!!!"
